But I believe it's more of an issue with my wireless router. I tried the power, disconnect, etc with the modem and that wasn't the issue. I then unplugged the power to the router and it takes a min to reboot and bing! Got my connection back. I have done this several times and it has yet to fail. Same thing happens to me on Brighthouse.
